2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included on our website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The Fantastic Fudge Company Limited or its content suppliers and protected by UK and international copyright laws.

 

3. Use of Website

You may not use our website in any way that may cause damage to the website or impair its availability. You may not use our website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

 

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices for our products are in GBP. Payment can be made by credit/debit card or through PayPal. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice.

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

The Fantastic Fudge Company aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days but occasionally, delays may occur. We cannot be held responsible for any items damaged by heat during warmer weather.

Delivery dates are approximate, and we cannot accept any liability whatsoever for any late deliveries beyond our control.

Should your item arrive damaged, you must notify us within 24hrs of receiving your delivery, providing photos and written evidence. Any damage will be dealt with promptly and either a replacement or full or partial refund may be offered depending on the damage caused.

We currently send our orders using Royal Mail 48® Tracked UK Delivery. We are currently offering Free Delivery on all UK orders.

Sadly, since Brexit it has become increasingly hard to ship food items to Europe. We therefore only dispatch to the UK.

 If you wish to send someone overseas our delicious fudge, we recommend you get it sent to yourself first and then post.

We reserve the right to cancel any order on reasonable grounds, providing we take reasonable steps to notify you within 14 days or after order placement before products are due to be shipped as ordered.

 

6. Returns and Refunds

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or replacement. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unopened, unused and before their Best Before dates.

N.B. Any sale or discounted item(s) or items past their Best Before / Expiry dates, are not eligible for a return.

In the unlikely event that a returned items fails to meet the criteria for acceptable returns, we will be unable to refund. In this case, items may be returned to you.

We can only issue refunds via the same payment method used for making the purchase. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

The Fantastic Fudge Company will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as any of our third-party distributors or retail partners.

We are unable to issue a refund without receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

 

7. Product Quality and Best Before Dates:

All our products are created using fresh ingredients.

As a small business, all our fudge is made in small batches, therefore colours and appearance may vary. 

Our bars of fudge are cut by hand, therefore they may vary in size, shape and weight.

All items should be kept at room temperature, out of direct sunlight. We cannot accept any liability for fudge that has been stored incorrectly.

We will be unable to help with any quality issues raised after the displayed best before date.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent. Please read our Privacy Policy for more information.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

The Fantastic Fudge Company Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our website or products.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UK.
